Shoot Day Schedule

A Shoot Day Schedule is defined as: “A detailed master schedule prepared by the first AD that gives all necessary information about the actors, locations, technicians, special effects, vehicles, animals etc. The schedule changes as needed in pre-production but once established everyone tries to respect it. No change is made or proposed without regard to this schedule. It follows an established format and is given to the producers and everyone involved in the film.” Since we have split our Call List and our Shoot Day Schedule apart, our shoot day schedule primarily includes, the time each section of our music video is shot at, the description of the section in question, the location of the section being filmed at that time and finally which of our actors is needed for the section in question.
